Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit global-ledelse.no or contact Withaven Works.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Data controller
The data controller is Hansen Withaven Works, organisation number 934 294 556, Ringvegen 55, 9130 Hansnes, Norway. Website: https://global-ledelse.no. Email: contact@withavenworks.com.
2. Information we collect
The contact form records your name, email address, optional organisation, your message, the page language and the time the enquiry was sent. If you email us directly, we receive the information you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
3. Purpose
The information is used only to respond to and follow up your enquiry. It is not used for marketing or newsletters.
4. Legal basis
Enquiries about a possible assignment are processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other enquiries are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in answering questions (Article 6(1)(f)).
5. How enquiries are stored
Contact-form enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database that is not publicly accessible. For each new enquiry, an email notification containing its content is sent to contact@withavenworks.com.
6. Who processes the information
The website runs on services from Lovable (website, database and sending of email notifications), with Cloudflare as hosting provider. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends technical information such as your IP address to Google. The contact@withavenworks.com mailbox is provided by Microsoft 365. A data processing agreement is in place with Lovable. Lovable keeps an up-to-date list of its sub-processors at trust.lovable.dev/subprocessors.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
Information submitted through the website is stored on servers in Ireland (EEA). Infrastructure and delivery services provided by Lovable and its global network partners may process technical routing data, such as IP addresses, outside the EEA. Any such processing takes place under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
8. How long we keep information
Enquiries are kept for 12 months after last contact and then deleted, unless they must be kept longer because of an agreement or a legal requirement.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please send your request to contact@withavenworks.com. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
10. Withdrawing consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can change your cookie choices with the button at the bottom of this page.
11. Complaints to Datatilsynet
If you believe our processing breaches data protection law, you may complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no), or the supervisory authority in your EEA country of residence.
12. Cookies and local storage
Necessary storage: your privacy choice (withaven-cookie-consent, up to 180 days), your language choice (withaven-locale, until you clear browser data) and a temporary marker for the current session (withaven-locale-restored). Optional categories: analytics, marketing, advertising and session recording. No such tools are installed, and all are off by default. Visitor statistics are switched off.
13. Changing your cookie preferences
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page or with the button below.
