About

I help organisations develop leadership, teams and ways of working in multinational environments. With a background in organisation and leadership, I combine modern organisational theory with practical experience from several industries.

Why choose an independent adviser?

  • Senior-level specialist expertise when you need it. The person advising you is the person doing the work, without time-consuming and costly intermediaries.
  • Support tailored to you. Every assignment is shaped around your teams, your industry and your situation.
  • A prompt start, with scope to adapt as we go.
  • A relevant partner network. You get one dedicated adviser, with access to complementary expertise in areas such as business language, international recruitment and other fields related to multinational teams.

My vision

My vision is to make a difference by bringing different disciplines and people together. This means building multinational leadership and operations that strengthen competitiveness and are relevant and practical for organisations.

Profile

I combine specialist expertise in leadership and team leadership in multinational environments with first-hand practical knowledge of a wide range of sectors.

I hold a MSt in Organisation and Leadership at the Arctic University of Norway, with a focus on Multinational Leadership and Team Leadership. My dissertation examined how GLOBE, Trompenaars and Hofstede can be viewed alongside modern leadership and organisational theory.

This gives you a solid basis for understanding how leadership, collaboration and decisions are shaped by different organisational and international frameworks.

I have also worked closely with clients in sectors including:

  • IT sales and infrastructure
  • Petroleum
  • Healthcare
  • Research and academia
